Description:
Join the Boys & Girls Club of Elizabethton/Carter County for the "Get on Board for a Wheely Fun Bus Project." This project aims to clean and revitalize three school buses that are crucial for the daily operations of the club. Volunteers will also help in painting the Art Room and performing some light landscaping tasks.
Volunteers Needed:
10-15 people
Tasks:
Bus Cleaning:
- Wash buses inside and out
- Repair or replace seat covers
- Clean windows
Art Room Painting:
- Painting walls and other areas as needed
Landscaping:
- Create new planter boxes
- General beautification
Materials Provided:
- Bus cleaning tools
- Paint and painting supplies for the Art Room (rollers, trays, floor tarps/covers)
- Some landscaping tools
Materials to Bring:
- General tools, lumber and soil for new planter boxes
- Additional rollers, trays, and a ladder for painting
