Healing Hands Health is looking for Patient Enrollment Volunteers to join our team on a consistent basis, 4 to 8 hours per week.
This role is a great fit for someone who:
- Is very computer savvy and comfortable working in multiple systems
- Can multi-task and stay organized in a busy clinic environment
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills
- Enjoys helping people and explaining processes clearly
This volunteer opportunity may be especially well suited for:
- College students or recent graduates interested in healthcare, social work, public health, or nonprofit work
- Retirees or semi-retirees with administrative or healthcare experience
- Former office professionals, customer service staff, or intake specialists
- Anyone who enjoys detail-oriented work and interacting with patients
Patient Enrollment Volunteers play an important role in helping patients access care by assisting with applications, answering questions, and ensuring information is complete and accurate.
