The Doe River is one of our community’s greatest natural resources—and it needs our help. On Saturday, February 21 at 9:00 AM, volunteers are invited to participate in a Doe River Stream Cleanup.
We’ll meet at Happy Trails Park and concentrate our cleanup efforts on major problem areas where trash has been dumped over the riverbank. By targeting these high-impact sites, volunteers can make a real and lasting difference in the health of the river and surrounding habitat.
Gloves, trash bags, and lunch will be provided, so all you need to bring is your time and a desire to give back. This event is open to families, anglers, and anyone who enjoys the outdoors.
