Who We Are
CHIPS is a Domestic Violence program founded in 1992. Since then, we have provided a variety of services to Carter, Greene and Unicoi Counties including our emergency safe house.
What We Do
At CHIPS our mission is to provide shelter and services to victims of Domestic Violence that will enable them to live a life free from violence.
