Who We Are
Established nationally on January 2, 1897, Alpha Omicron Pi, affectionately known as AOII, has a long, cherished history rooted in sisterhood and purpose. Represented by the Sheaf, our symbol of unity and growth, AOII continues to inspire women nationwide. The Phi Alpha Chapter at ETSU, founded on November 6, 2016, proudly carries this legacy forward while supporting our national philanthropy, the Arthritis Foundation.
Guided by our motto, Inspire Ambition, we strive to cultivate character, dignity, scholarship, and unwavering loyalty to one another and our university. With our signature cardinal red and our beloved panda mascot, AOII stands as a welcoming, empowering home for women to learn, lead, and thrive.
