Meals on Wheels of Kingsport delivers over 200 hot, nutritious meals every weekday to vulnerable seniors in Kingsport. Delivery routes are planned so that most can be completed within around an hour. Do you have an hour a month to share? We’d love for you to join us as we deliver more than just a meal to our recipients. You will deliver to the same recipients each month and get to know them. Don’t worry about working around your travel schedule. It’s easy to swap dates with other volunteers when you’re out of town.
