Help us to build community through physical activity! We developed River's Way/ YMCA fitness programming to build community among people of all abilities. This program includes weight lifting, yoga and walking. Volunteers get to exercise while teaming with youth and young adults with differing abilities. The program takes place at the YMCA of Bristol and it runs from 2:00 PM- 5:00 PM, Monday- Thursday. We welcome volunteers to join us at any time during those hours.
